Mon: 8am – 6pm
Tue – Fri: 7am – 6pm
Sat: 8am – 6pm
Sun: 8am – 4pm
Family Facilities
There are specially designated car parking bays for customers with small children, as well as lift access to all floors. We have baby changing facilities located on level one.
Free WiFi
Free WiFi is available across the centre using Free Runner. Find it when you log onto the Internet using your smart phone or device. Set up an account and enjoy free Internet access at Friars Walk.
Disabled Access
We aim to provide an exceptional service to all of our customers. We offer a number of facilities including designated parking spaces, accessible entrances, passenger lift facilities, accessible restaurant facilities, accessible toilets with adult changing facilities and many of our stores provide Induction loops and / or arrangements for confidential conversation.
Changing Places
We have adult changing toilets facilities available that have more space, a height adjustable changing bench and a hoist.

First Aid
Trained First Aiders are onsite at all times.
Bike Racks
15 under cover located at Debenhams end of the car park and 4 outside in Usk Plaza.
